A well-established Southern California healthcare system is seeking an experienced and dynamic OBGYN Program Director to lead its ACGME-accredited residency program. Responsibilities

Administrative (0.5 FTE):

• Lead and oversee all aspects of the OBGYN residency program

• Maintain full compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements

• Mentor and evaluate faculty and residents

• Guide curriculum development, program enhancements, and academic initiatives

Clinical (0.5 FTE):

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care, labor and delivery services, or a combination tailored to your expertise and interests

Qualifications

• Board certified in OBGYN (ABOG or AOBOG)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN program

• Prior administrative or educational leadership experience preferred

• Dedication to excellence in teaching, resident development, and patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits
