Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, within the scope of your training and recognized area of medical practice.
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate healthcare services to a defined patient population, following standard clinical protocols and best practices.
- Maintain clear and accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, or equivalent.
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant state.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in the appropriate medical specialty.
