Residency Program Director – OBGYN
Location: Passaic, NJ
We are seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN Physician to serve as the Residency Program Director for our newly established OBGYN residency program. This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape the future of medical education.

Responsibilities:

Clinical & Administrative Balance – 50% clinical practice and 50% program leadership, teaching, and administration.

Residency Leadership – Lead ACGME accreditation efforts, develop curriculum, and recruit faculty.

Teaching & Mentorship – Deliver didactic lectures, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents.

Resident Recruitment & Evaluation – Oversee the selection process, evaluate performance, and support professional growth.

Program Oversight – Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administration, and program management.
Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive annual compensation: $500,000 – $550,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications).
