Location: Lynwood, California
Position Type: Full-Time (0.5 FTE Administrative / 0.5 FTE Clinical)
Compensation: Base salary of $350,000–$400,000+ annually, with additional earning potential based on clinical volume
A well-established Southern California healthcare system is seeking an experienced and dynamic OBGYN Program Director to lead its ACGME-accredited residency program. This role combines leadership and clinical work, providing the unique opportunity to influence the next generation of OBGYN physicians while maintaining an active patient practice in a vibrant, diverse community.
Responsibilities
Administrative (0.5 FTE):

Lead and oversee all aspects of the OBGYN residency program

Maintain full compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements

Mentor and evaluate faculty and residents

Guide curriculum development, program enhancements, and academic initiatives
Clinical (0.5 FTE):
-
Provide comprehensive outpatient care, labor and delivery services, or a combination tailored to your expertise and interests
Qualifications

Board certified in OBGYN (ABOG or AOBOG)

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN program

Prior administrative or educational leadership experience preferred

Dedication to excellence in teaching, resident development, and patient-centered care
