Job Description
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and obtain complete medical histories.

Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Order, interpret, and utilize advanced diagnostic tests and imaging.

Create and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Provide preventive healthcare, including immunizations, screenings, and wellness counseling.

Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).

Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
-
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain).

Strong clinical skills with proven diagnostic and treatment expertise.

Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $220,000 to $250,000, which includes base salary, benefits, and other forms of compensation. The final offer will be determined at the time of hire and will take into account a variety of factors, including skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
